Site Identity logo option is not show in Customizing code in WordPress
If the Site Identity logo option is not showing in the Customizer, it could be due to a few reasons:
-
Theme Support: Make sure that the current theme supports the Site Identity feature. Some themes may not include this feature by default. You can check if the theme supports it by looking for the
add_theme_support('custom-logo')
code in the theme’sfunctions.php
file.
-
Plugin Conflict: If you have any plugins installed that modify or customize the Site Identity section or logo functionality, there might be a conflict. Try disabling plugins one by one to identify if any of them are causing the issue.
-
WordPress Version: Ensure that you are using the latest version of WordPress. Older versions may not have the Site Identity logo option.
-
Custom Code: If you have added any custom code that modifies the Site Identity section, double-check that it is not causing any conflicts or removing the logo option.
If none of the above solutions work, you may need to consult the theme developer or support forum for further assistance. They will be able to provide more specific guidance based on the theme you are using.
